Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and perimeter points to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns;
Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, contractors, and visitors; assist with badge checks, sign-in processes, and directing traffic to designated areas;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate updates to site contacts and/or emergency services as needed;
Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and patrol documentation; operate security-related systems such as CCTV, alarm panels, and radios according to post orders;
Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies
