Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, team members, and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, fire alarms, and disruptive behavior;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail distribution location, including perimeter areas, parking areas, and dock doors as assigned;
Monitor access points and shipping and receiving activity by observing for unauthorized entry, suspicious behavior, and policy violations, and by reporting concerns through the chain of command;
Complete security-related reports and logs, including incident reports, patrol documentation, and observations from CCTV and/or alarm systems when assigned
