Garda World Security Services is Now Hiring a Surveillance Security Shift Supervisor.

Ready to suit up as a Surveillance Security Shift Supervisor. Your sharp eye and strong observation skills with attention to detail are essential as you scan a series of screens and ensure client procedures are followed in a security operations environment such as a security operations center, call centers, and parking gatehouses. You will supervise Security Officers on your shift to ensure procedures are performed correctly.

• Set schedule:
  Full-time, Monday through Friday, 3rd shift, 11:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $20.64 / Hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Supervise Security Officers on your shift
• Assist with training
• Work with Manager on operation procedures
• Ensure client rules and procedures are met
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Security Supervisor experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
