As a Security Officer - Mall Patrol Driver in Commercial Point, OH
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security‑related incidents and provide exceptional customer service. Remaining visible throughout the property, you will assist visitors and respond to situations as needed. This is a driving post, so a valid driver’s license is required.

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or hazards within the location to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in controlling access to restricted areas and monitor entry and exit points as required by site policies.
• Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and reporting any concerns to management and/or law enforcement as directed.
• Work collaboratively with store staff and Allied Universal management to address security‑related needs and concerns.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
