Security Guard - Hospital Grounds Driving Role in Warrensville Heights, OH will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As an unarmed patrol officer at a healthcare location, you will help deter security-related incidents by patrolling assigned areas, primarily by vehicle.

You will remain visible to staff and visitors, conduct routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service and communication.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Saturday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sunday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within the healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual situations encountered during patrols or while on post.
• Collaborate with medical staff, visitors, and other personnel to support a welcoming and secure environment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific procedures regarding access control, visitor management, and emergency preparedness within the healthcare environment.

• Proof of vaccination is required for this hospital position.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required per client requirements.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years old for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
