We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced Inside Sales professional to join our team in Lowellville, OH
! This role will work with existing customers while also developing new business opportunities.

• PAY: $70,000-$75,000 per year

• 3+ years of inside sales or customer-facing sales experience (manufacturing or equipment industry preferred)
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Results-driven with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business of related field preferred

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to generate leads and close sales
• Manage customer interactions and sales activities and sales activities within the CRM system
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support initiatives
• Provide accurate quotes, product information, and order support to customers
• Assist in achieving departmental sales goals and performance targets
• Maintain detailed records and ensure high accuracy in sales documentation
