• Support of the sales team (Germany & worldwide) in all administrative matters
• Quotation management from customer inquiry to order
• Complete order processing (contract review, recording, deadline monitoring)
• Invoice tracking and complaint management
• Creating presentations and documents for sales meetings
• Effective communication with customers and business partners

• Successfully completed commercial or technical training
• Experience in technical sales
• Knowledge of customs and foreign trade desirable
• Knowledge of the Sage ERP system is an advantage
• Customer and sales-oriented thinking and acting
• Friendly, collegial demeanor, committed and a team player
• Structured and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• German language skills at native‑speaker level, very good written and spoken English skills
