This sales and relationship role is responsible for establishing new accounts and maintaining and servicing existing accounts. The position requires strong knowledge of industry, products and services, market trends, regulations, gross profit, and pricing to make recommendations, meet sales goals, and acquire new accounts.

• Create plans for lead generation—locate, evaluate, and recruit potential customers/clients.
• Serve customers by introducing new products/services, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing deal details, credit, and payment terms.
• Establish and achieve gross profit goals aligned with growth and target objectives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper instructions, documentation, and compliance with regulations during the transfer or execution of goods/services/products.
• Participate in marketing and trade activities as needed.
• Manage administrative tasks, maintain data and resources, and generate reports to inform the department.

• Develop understanding of business, financials, products, markets, and account needs.
• Operate with moderate complexity within assigned territories or accounts.
• Negotiate product and service terms with moderate authority.
• Begin planning territory or account strategies and monitor resources.
• Work towards obtaining industry-specific licenses.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to drive according to company vehicle safety policies.
