What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Cultivate, manage, and grow corporate client accounts, focusing on new business development and expanding existing partnerships
  • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external partners with professionalism and a solutions‑driven approach
  • Maintain clear and timely communication regarding all event and group details, including contracts and billing
  • Attend client events, site visits, and industry functions to strengthen relationships and represent the property
  • Accurately forecast group room and F&B revenue, ensuring alignment with hotel strategies and goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing corporate or business travel accounts or handling group/catering sales in a hotel environment
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel sales or related field (hospitality, travel, corporate partnerships, event sales)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close business
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue goals in previous sales roles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 3 years of hotel sales experience, specifically within the corporate transient or corporate group segment
  • Background in a lifestyle or full-service hotel environment, preferably with Marriott or Renaissance brands
  • Experience working with Marriott brand systems (CI/TY, SFAWeb, MarRFP, etc.)
