The Account Executive - Auto Lending is a client-facing, high-touch, sales role responsible for revenue generation, customer relationship and Equifax engagement within highly complex, strategic accounts. The Account Executive has primary responsibility for the customer, and must orchestrate other Equifax resources efficiently to drive sales and revenue growth of a full Equifax solutions portfolio.

- Orchestrate Equifax resources to deliver customer value and satisfaction across the full customer lifecycle
- Strengthen the business relationship by expanding the ways in which customers rely on Equifax as a trusted advisor
- Identify, develop, manage, and close customer opportunities spanning all Equifax solutions
- Engage with buyers, decision-makers, influencers and customer executives on a consultative basis to gain a strong understanding of their business, anticipate needs, and position optimal solutions
- Define and execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth while delivering meaningful customer value
- Leverage account, solution, and delivery pre-sales/sales resources effectively and at appropriate times to move opportunities forward and to maintain customer satisfaction
- Lead customer business reviews, RFI/RFP response, contracting & negotiation, and account strategy & planning activities with cross-functional team to align customer business imperatives with Equifax solutions
- Drive strong pipeline development and sales execution
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience
- 7-10+ years of experience in a B2B Enterprise level sales role such as Account Executive, Account Manager, Solution Seller, Business Development, or similar sales function
- Deep knowledge of the consumer car-buying and financing journey from the point of online shopping, dealer experience, application & funding, servicing, and collections
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding expectations against revenue goals with highly complex, strategic B2B clients
- Experience working with senior-level executives, including an ability to immediately establish credibility with executives and build/maintain those relationships
- Ability to drive urgency in the sales cycle and the execution of complex solution strategies
- Ability to travel approximately ~20% on average (1-3 trips per month)
- Experience selling B2B solutions into auto lenders - Indirect, Direct, Captive, Online/Fintechs, Credit Unions, BHPH, etc. (strongly preferred)
- Exceptional communication and influence skills with the ability to lead executive presentations, negotiate complex outcomes, and speak confidently in public forums
- Expertise in pipeline management and contract negotiation with a proven ability to prioritize competing deadlines, facilitate meetings, and manage complex client expectations

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
