We pride ourselves on fast response, technical expertise, and reliable delivery — and we’re looking for a driven Customer Service / Sales Support Specialist to help us continue that growth.
Position SummaryThis role serves as a key link between customers, sales, and production — handling quotes, order processing, and account support for custom and standard gasket products. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do- Respond to customer inquiries on pricing, orders, and delivery timelines
- Prepare and follow up on quotes for custom and standard products
- Enter and verify orders in ERP system with high accuracy
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and quality teams to meet customer needs
- Maintain customer drawings, specifications, and order records
- Proactively communicate updates and resolve issues quickly
- 2+ years in customer service, inside sales, or sales support in manufacturing or industrial distribution preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Clear, professional communication skills
- ERP and Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- $55,000 – $65,000 base salary (tuned to Northeast Ohio manufacturing market)
- Annual performance bonus tied to quote conversion, order accuracy, and team revenue goals
- Typical bonus range: $2,000 – $6,000 annually
