Parts Sales Coordinator

Are you motivated by delivering excellent customer service, coordinating international orders, and ensuring that operations run smoothly every day? We are now looking for a proactive and solution‑oriented Parts Sales Coordinator to support our growing global dealer network.

In this role, you will play a key part in securing the availability and timely delivery of spare parts for Tana machines operating around the world. You’ll work at the heart of our parts sales operations, ensuring smooth order processing, clear communication, and reliable service to dealers and country organizations.

As a Parts Sales Coordinator, you play a central role in ensuring the availability and smooth delivery of spare parts for TANA machines worldwide. You work closely with dealers, logistics partners, and internal teams to maintain efficient daily operations and deliver excellent customer experience.

In this position, you coordinate and process spare parts orders from dealers, service partners, and country organizations, ensuring that each order is accurate, complete, and handled on time. You maintain continuous communication with dealers by responding to questions about spare part availability, order status, deliveries, and other related topics. You also work closely with warehouse and logistics partners to secure smooth and timely deliveries.

When technically complex or exceptional cases arise, you collaborate with the Customer & Product Support team to identify the right solutions. In addition, you support dealers with spare part identification, ordering processes, and the use of digital tools. You also assist the sales function with tender responses and customer inquiries. Finally, you contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of spare parts processes, tools, and data quality, helping us to continuously enhance our operations.

We are looking for someone who brings experience from spare parts sales, logistics coordination, order‑to‑delivery processes, or similar operational roles. You are able to read technical drawings and manuals and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. You approach work in a structured and solution‑oriented way and have a genuine interest in improving processes and ways of working.

In addition, you are motivated by delivering excellent service and helping daily operations run smoothly in a fast‑paced environment. You enjoy solving problems, communicating clearly, and working systematically, even when handling multiple priorities at the same time.

You have a relevant educational background in business, logistics, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with international trade is considered an advantage. Fluency in Finnish and English is essential, and additional language skills are an asset.
