The company is a leading provider of safety and protection solutions. It develops, produces, and distributes a wide range of products and systems designed to support industry professionals and organizations worldwide.

• Manage customer enquiries on products, pricing, availability, and shipping, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Process orders, quotations, returns, credits, and related documentation in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with sales, credit, inventory, warehousing, and freight forwarders to support customer needs and export shipments.
• Maintain product and service knowledge to facilitate order processing and promote additional sales opportunities.
• Prepare reports on sales, quotations, and customer enquiries, while assisting with payment methods such as L/Cs.
• Support sales administration, marketing functions, and perform ad‑hoc duties as required.

• Minimum 1 year in Sales Support & dealing with shipment arrangements and documentations
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
