The founder is a marketing expert who’s built her own sales funnel but needs a skilled, dedicated sales professional to take things further.
Job OverviewWe’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation, make outbound calls, and close new business opportunities. This person will be responsible for generating 3-5 qualified leads per month, managing outreach campaigns, and handling cold calls with confidence and resilience.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound sales activities (cold calling, emailing, Linked In prospecting)
- Generate 3-5 quality leads/month
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets (Excel)
- Communicate consistently with the team via Slack and Google Workspace
- Attend 2 standup calls per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
- Collaborate on optimizing sales funnel and messaging
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (selling high tickets/service-based industry preferred)
- Proven ability to cold call, handle rejection, and speak confidently on the phone
- Strong experience using Linked In, email outreach, and sales prospecting tools
- Fluent English speaker
- Has worked across or is familiar with international markets (Canada, Europe, US, Australia)
- Strong attention to detail; able to track outreach and follow-ups manually
- Familiar with or open to using tools like Gusto, Zoom Info, and Excel
