Compensation: $1,000/month base + recurring commission on closed deals

Founded in 2016 and operating full-time since 2021, the company is a heart-led marketing company working with clients across the US, Canada, Europe (Sweden), and Australia. Currently supporting five active clients and generating $10-$20k/month in revenue, the company is focused on strategic growth, aiming to reach $50-$100k/month.

The founder is a marketing expert who’s built her own sales funnel but needs a skilled, dedicated sales professional to take things further.

Job Overview

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation, make outbound calls, and close new business opportunities. This person will be responsible for generating 3-5 qualified leads per month, managing outreach campaigns, and handling cold calls with confidence and resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound sales activities (cold calling, emailing, Linked In prospecting)
  • Generate 3-5 quality leads/month
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets (Excel)
  • Communicate consistently with the team via Slack and Google Workspace
  • Attend 2 standup calls per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
  • Collaborate on optimizing sales funnel and messaging
Requirements
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (selling high tickets/service-based industry preferred)
  • Proven ability to cold call, handle rejection, and speak confidently on the phone
  • Strong experience using Linked In, email outreach, and sales prospecting tools
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Has worked across or is familiar with international markets (Canada, Europe, US, Australia)
  • Strong attention to detail; able to track outreach and follow-ups manually
  • Familiar with or open to using tools like Gusto, Zoom Info, and Excel
