As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, driving growth by connecting with new clients and closing deals. This role is perfect for a self-starter who is passionate about building relationships, thrives on commission-based earning potential, and enjoys the freedom of working in the field. Your efforts will directly fuel our success and help clients find the perfect solutions for their needs.
What you'll do- Proactively find and engage new sales opportunities in the field.
- Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Manage your sales pipeline and build lasting customer relationships.
- Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to project execution.
- Track performance and share insights to help the whole team succeed.
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar field-based role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.
- Ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively.
- Experience with CRM software and a collaborative spirit.
