- Global Brand Strategy & Local Adaptation:
Develop and implement tailored Go‑to‑Market strategies, harmonizing global direction with local market requirements in Germany and Austria, and secure market presence through continuous monitoring of competitors and trends. - Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the strategic bridge between Product, Brand, and Sales, coordinate internal stakeholders, ensure alignment on objectives, and manage processes with the foresight of an experienced project manager. - Portfolio Management & Product Launches:
Lead the launch of new products and services, ensuring optimal commercial positioning, identify relevant verticals, and guarantee market entry that meets KPIs and business expectations. - Market Intelligence:
Conduct detailed market analysis, identify needs of local target groups, and derive concrete strategic recommendations for business development and communication strategies. - Storytelling & Sales Enablement:
Develop compelling storytelling and positioning strategies that unite corporate DNA with local market dynamics, support German and Austrian Sales teams with training and collateral, and drive commercial success.
- Experience:
4–5 years of relevant professional experience in AdTech, digital advertising, or a media agency environment, with a proven track record of implementing Go‑to‑Market strategies. - Strategic Focus & Execution:
Combine deep market understanding with a strong “hands‑on” mentality; think strategically without losing sight of operational excellence. - Strong Communication:
Navigate confidently between stakeholders and present complex topics clearly and persuasively. - Personality:
Demonstrate flexibility, resilience, team spirit, remain focused during dynamic phases, stay patient, and act solution‑oriented. - Sales Enablement:
Possess a sales mindset, deep understanding of sales processes, and ability to collaborate effectively with sales stakeholders. - Language
Skills:
Native‑level proficiency in German and fluent communication in English.
