Role: Talent Acquisition Manager / BDM – Staffing & IT Services

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Germany (with EU market coverage)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the staffing industry
. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with local customers in Germany and across EU countries and a proven ability to generate revenue through both existing and new client engagements. While the primary focus will be staffing/resourcing
, there will be opportunities to cross-sell other Crave solutions
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through staffing and resourcing services
  • Manage and expand existing customer relationships in Germany and the EU
  • Establish new client relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
  • Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfillment
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell other Crave solutions alongside staffing
  • Represent the company in regional client meetings and industry events
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in the staffing industry
  • Proven sales track record in Germany and EU markets
  • Strong network and relationships with local customers
  • Hands‑on experience in business development and account management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive regional growth
Preferred
  • Experience selling IT staffing / IT services
  • Understanding of local labor laws and staffing models in Germany/EU
  • Multilingual skills (German & English preferred)
