Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join a fast‑growing global provider of private‑label dietary supplement solutions (part of a larger international wellness group). This is a high‑impact individual contributor role focused on driving strategic growth across Europe.
If you have a strong track record in dietary supplement contract manufacturing, this is an opportunity to shape commercial success within a rapidly scaling organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from lead generation to closing multi‑million‑euro accounts.
- Develop and execute tailored go‑to‑market and account acquisition strategies in Germany and across Europe.
- Build, grow, and manage strong customer relationships across nutraceutical, private‑label, wellness, and retail sectors.
- Serve as a trusted expert on supplement manufacturing, advising customers on formats, capabilities, timelines, and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal R&D, production, supply chain, and quality teams to deliver accurate proposals and flawless project execution.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Deliver accurate forecasting, CRM updates, and pipeline visibility to leadership.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in dietary supplement contract manufacturing (must‑have).
- Proven track record of B2B sales success within nutraceuticals, food supplements, or health & wellness manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive complex commercial processes and close high‑value deals.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product development workflows, lead times, and cost structures within private‑label environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English;
German proficiency strongly preferred.
