TH Daniels Global Executive Search & Selection have partnered with a leading global specialty chemicals distributor to recruit a Technical Sales & Product Manager for their CASE Division.
This is a high‑impact commercial and technical role within the organisation, reporting directly into the Regional Management Team. The position is based in Germany with travel across the DACH region. The successful candidate will bring strong technical knowledge within coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers (CASE), coupled with the commercial acumen to drive sales growth and build long‑term customer and supplier partnerships.
Tobe considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in CASE or related specialty chemicals markets.
- Strong existing network within the DACH CASE industry, ideally with particular exposure to coatings.
- Ability to communicate fluently in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong IT proficiency and experience managing suppliers and technical product portfolios.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers across the DACH region.
- Develop and manage a dynamic pipeline of prospects—unqualified, qualified, and targeted—to drive sustainable business growth.
- Lead sales, volume, and margin expansion in line with strategic objectives.
- Manage assigned suppliers and oversee the performance and development of the product portfolio.
- Deliver high‑level technical expertise to support customers in new application development and troubleshooting.
