Location: Germany
Account Executive – New Business (Net-New), DACH
Ultimo is hiring a New Business Account Executive to focus exclusively on net-new customer acquisition across the German-speaking DACH market
, with a primary focus on Germany.
This is a pure hunter role
, selling enterprise software into asset-intensive industries such as manufacturing, industrials, and infrastructure.
- Own new logo acquisition (Neukunden) across a Germany-focused DACH territory
- Proactively build pipeline through outbound and account-based strategies
- Engage operational, technical, and executive stakeholders
- Proven new-business AE experience in B2B or enterprise software
- Strong outbound and account-based selling capability
Experience owning full sales cycles - Fluent German and English (customer-facing role)
- Serious customers in asset-intensive industries
- Clear growth mandate in the German-speaking market
- Part of IFS, with the autonomy of a scale-up
- Remote / hybrid working
