Regional Sales Manager – Germany (Remote)

A market-leading global electrical manufacturing business is looking to hire a consultative and ambitious Field Sales Executive.

• Developing your region, by establishing & winning new business opportunities with direct clients and electrical distribution partners
• Building strong credible relationships with your client base
• Solving client queries by being point of contact
• Proactively driving the territory business forward by developing an area business plan
• Working hard to obtain personal targets and all targeted business objectives
• Deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements with key decision-makers
• Attending client meetings, trade fairs, and industry events

• A proven sales professional with at least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing field sales role. Ideally in the electrical or lighting industry.
• Organised and efficient with the ability to work autonomously
• An exceptional communicator
• Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
