Proclinical is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join a dynamic team remotely in Germany. This role focuses on engaging with patients throughout the sales process for a diabetes-related medical device. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and field representatives to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience. Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with potential customers through outbound calls to discuss product offerings.
  • Handle inbound inquiries generated via healthcare providers or marketing initiatives.
  • Provide detailed information about the product, including comparisons with competitors, highlighting its benefits and applications.
  • Collaborate with reimbursement teams and field representatives to convert leads into active customers.
  • Offer feedback and suggestions to improve processes and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Perform a variety of sales, service, and administrative tasks as required.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Key Skills and Requirements
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to convey messages clearly and professionally.
  • Proven sales skills, including objection handling and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales preferred.
  • Familiarity with managed care structures and diabetes care is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and drive leads through a short sales cycle.
  • Competence in using MS Office applications and CRM tools for daily activities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Educational background in business, healthcare, or related fields is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
