- Cultivate and manage corporate client accounts, focusing on new business development and existing partnerships
- Deliver exceptional service and maintain clear communication regarding event and group details
- Attend client events and industry functions to strengthen relationships and represent the property
- Accurately forecast group room and food & beverage revenue in alignment with hotel strategies
- Use sales systems and tools to track progress and manage accounts effectively
- Minimum of 1 year of hotel sales or related experience in hospitality, travel, corporate partnerships, or event sales
- Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close business
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing corporate or business travel accounts or handling group/catering sales
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue goals in previous sales roles
- 3 years of hotel sales experience, specifically within the corporate transient or corporate group segment
- Background in a lifestyle or full-service hotel environment, preferably with Marriott or Renaissance brands
- Experience working with Marriott brand systems (CI/TY, SFAWeb, MarRFP, etc.)
