** seller shop (m/f/d)**, you are the first point of contact and the face of our shop. Your main task is comprehensive and customer-oriented advice and the active sale of our products and services. With your expertise, you will inspire our customers for innovative solutions, particularly in the areas of telecommunications and mobile communications.
* They carry out professional needs analyses, present our products in an appealing way and identify suitable offers for our customers through targeted cross-selling & up-selling.
* The smooth processing of sales and checkout processes is just as much a part of your tasks as maintaining a positive customer relationship.
* Through your passion for sales and your distinctive customer orientation, you make a significant contribution to the success of our shop and to the satisfaction of our customers.## requisitions
* Competent customer advice
* Experience in the telecommunications or mobile communications sector
* Safe use of cash register systems and common office applications
* Ability to proactively approach customers and analyse their needs
* Additional foreign language skills (e.g. Turkish, Russian, Arabic)
