IPEVO is looking for a field-based sales professional to develop business across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This role focuses on prospecting, onsite customer engagement, partner development, and event-based lead generation, while also supporting broader European sales activities.
You will operate with a high level of independence and represent IPEVO directly with customers, partners, and at industry events. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively prospect new customers, partners, and business opportunities in the DACH region.
- Identify, qualify, and follow up on potential leads.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Promote and position IPEVO’s integrated hardware and software solutions for education and professional environments.
- Manage mixed sales cycles involving both one-time purchases and recurring software or service components.
- Conduct regular onsite visits with customers, distributors, and partners.
- Deliver product presentations, demos, and solution discussions.
- Act as the local point of contact for customers and partners.
- Attend and support trade shows and industry events in the DACH region.
- Assist the European sales team during major trade shows across Europe.
- Generate, follow up, and convert leads from exhibitions and events.
- Develop IPEVO’s business and brand presence in the DACH region.
- Support distributors and resellers with market development activities.
- Identify and support education tenders, school projects, and institutional initiatives.
- Engage with schools, universities, and public or semi-public organizations where relevant.
- Identify regional opportunities, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Provide regular activity, pipeline, and sales reporting (weekly, monthly, and ad hoc).
- Share structured feedback on market trends, pricing, and competition.
- Coordinate closely with the European sales and marketing teams.
- Experience in B2B sales, territory sales, or business development.
- Proven experience selling software, SaaS, or subscription-based solutions in a B2B or institutional environment.
- Exposure to public tenders, school projects, or structured education procurement processes is a strong plus.
- Comfortable with prospecting, lead follow-up, and onsite selling.
- Experience attending and working at trade shows.
- Background in education, AV, IT hardware, and/or B2B software solutions is a strong plus.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Able to explain both hardware and software value propositions clearly.
- Organized, reliable, and disciplined with reporting.
- Willingness to travel frequently within DACH and occasionally across Europe.
- German : native speaker (mandatory)
- English : professional working proficiency
