A national leader in luxury fitness is looking for motivated talent to join our team as a Sales Associate, helping lead our studio to success!

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Club Pilates offers group reformer classes in various formats and levels, aiming to make Pilates accessible and affordable. POSITION:

The Sales Associate assists the General Manager with new membership sales, bringing new members to the studio and booking Intro Classes, while also helping retain current members. Pilates knowledge is preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales targets
• Ability to learn and use Club Ready software
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient computer skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales
• Conduct facility tours, establish relationships, assess individual needs
• Maintain personal sales goals
• Promote the club's fitness and wellness objectives
• Present services to current and prospective members
• Book appointments to meet sales quotas
• Participate in community events to promote the club
• Develop selling skills continuously
• Perform other duties as assigned
