Location: Germany

DACH Market (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland)

Team: Sales (DACH)
Reporting to: Global Head of Go-to-Market
Contract Type: 80–100% capacity

Role Purpose

You drive new business for SANDSIV by identifying, engaging, qualifying, and closing opportunities in our target markets. You are responsible for the entire sales cycle – from initial outreach and qualification to managing stakeholders and closing deals. With the support of proven playbooks, automation tools, established processes and motivated supporting teams, you turn market engagement into measurable revenue growth and expanded market presence for SANDSIV.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and plan targeted outbound campaigns for your sales region
  • Engage decision-makers through Linked In, email, phone, and events to initiate and advance conversations
  • Qualify prospects against SANDSIV’s ideal customer profile and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Execute structured sales processes, from discovery and demos to proposals and contract negotiations
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date with all prospect and opportunity activity
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align outreach and sales execution with campaigns and content
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to support ongoing growth
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets, including pipeline creation, meetings, and closed revenue
  • Share market and customer feedback to continuously refine messaging, targeting, and approach
Required Skills & Experience
  • Native-level German
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Good understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and metrics

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in CX or VoC software
  • Understanding of multi-channel outbound and end-to-end sales strategies
  • Resilient and driven to meet outreach and pipeline goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Organised and able to manage multiple prospects and priorities
  • Curious and eager to learn about customer challenges and market trends
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and new approaches
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
  • Collaborative, working effectively across sales, marketing, and product teams
