Tasks and Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibility 1:
German Market Channel Expansion

Represent the company and business unit at trade fairs and industry events, actively identifying and screening target customers, following up in-depth, and generating business opportunities.

Visit potential distributors and EPC clients, maintain customer relationships, quickly identify client needs, drive internal rapid responses, develop sales strategies for key clients, and secure deals.

Propose channel strategy recommendations for each market based on market analysis, provide sales training and support during the initial phase of channel development, and participate in conflict resolution and management.

Regularly gather customer market information, monitor photovoltaic policies in various countries, and collect competitor information to compile reports.

Responsibility 2:
Product Value Communication

Develop an in-depth understanding of building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) products and photovoltaic system knowledge. Convey the value of Good We solutions to customers, discuss solution details in depth, and provide professional advice to strengthen customer confidence.

Responsibility 3:
Order Management

Follow up on the delivery, communication, and issue resolution of orders for BIPV products and accessories.

Responsibility 4:
Internal Collaboration

Actively collect front-end market feedback to promote the improvement and optimization of internal product and pricing strategies.

Collaborate closely with the solutions and marketing departments to ensure the efficient completion of customer solutions and promotional activities.

Build strong relationships with other teams within the group to facilitate the efficient use of resources and accelerate the completion of sales tasks.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Materials Science, or related fields.

Experience:

At least three years of experience in overseas marketing or customer management. Sales experience in the construction materials or photovoltaic industry is preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication and coordination abilities; candidates with excellent business negotiation skills or project management experience are preferred.

Languages:

Proficient in German, with business-level English communication skills.
