Sales Account Director DACH

I'm working with an international, high-growth SaaS company specialising in Blockchain Intelligence and Financial Crime Prevention that is hiring a Sales Account Director to support commercial growth across the DACH region
.

This is a senior individual contributor role joining the DACH GTM team, focused on driving new business and expanding strategic accounts across public sector and regulated enterprise customers
.

• Drive new logo acquisition and expansion across assigned DACH accounts
• Manage the full sales cycle for mid-to-large enterprise opportunities
• Partner closely with regional leadership, solutions engineering, and customer success
• Execute against defined account and territory plans
• Engage senior stakeholders across government, law enforcement, financial services, and regulated industries
• Represent a sophisticated data and intelligence platform focused on compliance, investigations, and risk mitigation

• 5+ years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales (Senior AE / Account Director level)
• Experience selling into public sector and/or highly regulated environments
• Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to articulate technical value
• Comfortable working in a high-growth, collaborative environment
• Experience selling within Germany / DACH
• German and English fluency strongly preferred

Relevant backgrounds include blockchain analytics, fintech, AML/compliance, cybersecurity, data platforms, or intelligence technology
