Our focus is on combining data, technology, and strategy to create predictable growth for our clients.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead our sales strategy, build high-performing sales systems, and drive consistent revenue growth across the company.

Position Overview

The Director of Sales will own the sales function end-to-end, from strategy and pipeline management to team performance and revenue execution. This role will be critical in scaling our outbound and inbound sales efforts, refining our sales process, and ensuring strong alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Client Delivery.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader with a builder's mindset - someone who can design repeatable sales systems while also driving deals forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and scale the sales process to drive consistent, predictable revenue growth.
  • Build, optimize, and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to align lead generation, messaging, and conversion strategies.
  • Work with Client Delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term client success.
  • Develop and track key sales metrics including conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue targets.
  • Hire, train, and manage sales reps and setters as the company grows.
  • Create and maintain clear sales SOPs, scripts, and playbooks to ensure consistency and performance.
  • Partner with leadership to set revenue goals, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  • Foster a performance-driven sales culture built on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
