Senior Publisher Development Manager; Supply

• Own the full business development cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing deals with supply partners
• Manage teams responsible for media buying and publisher partnerships
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients
• Attend up to four industry conferences and events annually across France
• Conduct meetings via Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other communication platforms with prospective partners
• Apply effective sales techniques to uncover client needs and match them with relevant solutions
• Deliver compelling sales and product presentations
• Manage negotiation processes primarily through email

• 4+ years of experience in programmatic monetisation or related ad-tech fields
• Strong understanding of JS tag implementation, VAST, header bidding, and OpenRTB technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proven track record in business development within a services-driven environment
• Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work autonomously
