We're looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers—owning the order process, solving problems before they arise, and making sure every interaction adds value.

What You'll Be Doing:

Accurately entering and confirming customer orders

Managing pricing, quotes, and lead times with clarity and urgency

Working closely with operations, engineering, and sales to solve problems fast

Handling customer inquiries like a pro—clear, kind, and confident

Keeping a close eye on the details (because they matter)

Owning your part of the customer experience with pride

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word; M2M is a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills and a get-it-done attitude
• Experience in sales, customer service, or a manufacturing environment is a plus
