Junior Sales Manager-Commercial&Industrial BESS; m​/f​/d

Our customer is a Germany-based provider of intelligent, high-efficiency power supply systems for industrial, medical, AI, networking, and e-mobility applications. It delivers tailored AC/DC and DC/DC solutions with local R&D, engineering support, and rapid European delivery.

• Acquisition of new customers
• Development of sales strategies to maximize the territory’s potential
• Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Market monitoring and competitive analysis within and beyond the defined sales territory
• Presentation of products and marketing campaigns; support and organization of customer events, training courses, and campaigns

• 3 years of sales experience, ideally in energy technology, electrical engineering, or photovoltaics
• Native-level German (spoken and written) and good spoken English
• High level of responsibility and initiative
• Full driving license and willingness to travel
• Strong value system with honesty, friendliness, and appreciation
• Remote role based anywhere in Germany
