Innovexis is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Counsellor who can connect with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Counsel prospective leads via calls, Whats App, and follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and pitch Innovexis services
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments/sales
- Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic knowledge of sales or counselling (training will be provided)
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Fixed salary + performance incentives
