We are seeking an experienced MIS Sales Specialist with 3 years of expertise in sales analytics, data management, and automation. The ideal candidate should be skilled in tools and techniques such as PowerPoint, Pivot Tables, Macros, Salesforce Automation, and dashboards. They should also possess strong knowledge of incentive calculations, trade marketing, and Point of Sale Materials (POSM).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights.
  • Create advanced reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance using tools like Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros) and Salesforce.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive sales presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce automation processes to streamline sales tracking.
  • Monitor data accuracy in Salesforce CRM and ensure timely updates.

- Dashboards & Visualization:
  • Design and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as sales performance, team productivity, and target achievements.
  • Utilize tools like Excel and BI platforms to create visually impactful dashboards.

- Incentive Calculation:
  • Accurately calculate sales incentives based on performance metrics and predefined criteria.
  • Prepare detailed incentive reports for management and team communication.

- Trade Marketing & POSM Management:
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute trade marketing activities.
  • Oversee the distribution and utilization of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) to enhance brand visibility.

- Process Improvement & Automation:
  • Identify areas for automation in reporting processes and implement efficient workflows.
  • Enhance existing reporting systems to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in MIS or sales operations roles.

    Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros) and PowerPoint.
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce and sales automation tools.
  • Knowledge of dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
