About the Role:

As a Business Broker (M&A), you’ll manage a portfolio of sellers, develop client relationships, and support buyers in acquiring businesses. You’ll work with our EMEA team of Brokers to drive deals from initial listing through to transaction, providing hands‑on advisory and market insight along the way. This is a remote role in Germany, with travel required to meet clients, attend events, and build relationships in person.

What You’ll Do:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, win listings, and manage them through to sale.
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Support client transactions end‑to‑end, including valuations, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral and pitch decks.
  • Maintain pipeline and CRM (Hub Spot) to track leads, interactions, and opportunities.
  • Travel to client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years experience in M&A, brokerage, or sales (business development/outbound experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage accounts, conduct business analysis, and drive deals to completion.
  • Experience in digital marketplaces or small business sales is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Bilingual in German and English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
