Salary Range: $2000-$3000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
OverviewWe are looking for a Sales Operations professional. This role focuses on optimizing our sales processes, managing Hub Spot, and ensuring the team has the tools and data they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for all list building and cleaning, to ensure that the sales team always has qualified leads to call/email.
- Managing all cold calling infrastructure such as tools and platforms like Orum
- Manage and maintain the Hub Spot CRM, including updates, data hygiene, and system configurations.
- Support the sales team with pipeline management, reporting, and dashboards.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve team performance.
- Assist with onboarding and training new sales team members on Hub Spot and sales processes.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to streamline workflows and implement best practices.
- Support lead management, tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate forecasting.
- 3+ years of proven experience with Hub Spot CRM, including reporting, automation, and workflows.
- Understanding of sales processes, particularly BDR/SDR workflows.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot CRM issues and recommend process improvements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with sales operations or sales enablement is a plus.
- Work in a collaborative and fast-growing sales environment.
