Overview

We are looking for a Sales Operations professional. This role focuses on optimizing our sales processes, managing Hub Spot, and ensuring the team has the tools and data they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all list building and cleaning, to ensure that the sales team always has qualified leads to call/email.
  • Managing all cold calling infrastructure such as tools and platforms like Orum
  • Manage and maintain the Hub Spot CRM, including updates, data hygiene, and system configurations.
  • Support the sales team with pipeline management, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve team performance.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new sales team members on Hub Spot and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to streamline workflows and implement best practices.
  • Support lead management, tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate forecasting.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience with Hub Spot CRM, including reporting, automation, and workflows.
  • Understanding of sales processes, particularly BDR/SDR workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot CRM issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with sales operations or sales enablement is a plus.
