About Growth Assistance Growth Assistance is a rapidly growing marketing agency that helps commodo, franchisors, business brokers, and B2B service providers scale through Linked In lead generation, appointment-setting systems, and automated CRM processes. Our focus is on combining data, technology, and strategy to create predictable, scalable growth for our clients.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a VP of Sales to lead our sales strategy, build scalable sales systems, and drive consistent revenue growth as we scale.

Position Overview

The VP of Sales will own the entire sales function, including sales strategy, pipeline management, team performance, and revenue forecasting. This role is critical in building a repeatable, high-performing sales engine that aligns with company growth goals.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, execution-focused sales leader with a builder’s mindset الامن—someone who can design systems, close deals, and scale a sales team while maintaining strong sales discipline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the company’s overall sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build, optimize, and manage scalable sales processes, pipelines, and CRM systems.
  • Own revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and sales performance reporting.
  • Drive new clientendt acquisition across core offerings, including Linked In lead generation and growth services.
  • Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives and closers as the team scales.
  • Establish sales SOPs, scripts, qualification frameworks, and closing processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure alignment between lead flow, messaging, and delivery.
  • Monitor key sales metrics such as conversion rates, deal velocity, CAC, and average deal size.
  • Support pricing strategy, offer positioning, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
  • Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven sales culture focused on continuous improvement and results.
