This Position reports to:
Sales Specialist
The work model for the role is: remote
Key Responsibilities- You are responsible for an existing customer base of strategic accounts (resellers, system integrators, OEMs, and end customers) throughout Germany and strategically expand फुट them, from account strategy to successful contract closure.
- You actively acquire new strategic partners and establish ABB as the preferred technology partner for Critical Power inspector solutions (UPS systems, voltage regulators).
- You provide holistic customer consulting:
Analyze technical and business requirements, develop customized solution concepts, and create compelling proposals. - You utilize the global ABB network to second identify the right contacts for business in Germany with international customers and collaborate cross-functionally.
- You actively drive market development:
Participate przep trade fairs and乐城 specialist events, present technical presentations, and develop marketing strategiees in collaboration with the product marketing team. - You design and collaborate on brochures, documents, presentations, etc., and conduct sales and product training in the Critical Power area with the ABB units involved and with our customers.
- You act independently and collegially, in accordance with ABB core values for safety and integrity.
The Role
- Several years of professional experience in technical B2B sales with proven success in strategic account management and new customer acquisition, ideally in the field of power supply, UPS systems, or related technologies.
- Technical background, engineer, technician, or master craftsman in electrical engineering, or commercial training with strong technical affinity and basic understanding of electrical engineering and power supply systems.
- Strong sales mentality with entrepreneurial thinking, strategic vision, and operational implementation strength. You think in solutions and act results-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and independent, structured working style:
You convince different stakeholders at all levels and work successfully in teams. - Willingness to travel within Germany (occasionally EU countries), as well as very good German language skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
