Senior Sales Manager – Energy Storage (Germany)

Executive Integrity is seeking a strong, motivated Senior Sales Manager on behalf of a unique, award-winning client within the rapidly growing energy storage sector. Our client is a winner in BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) solutions, focused on leading and improving clean energy adoption across Germany.

• Drive dynamic sales growth for advanced energy storage products across Germany, winning new business and expanding market reach in a vibrant sector.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue brave, strategic BESS commercial opportunities by creatively navigating local power markets, energy regulations, and project development landscapes.
• Build, strengthen, and refresh relationships with assured key clients, including developers, utilities, EPCs, and distributors, cementing our client’s reputation as an industry leader.
• Take ownership of the full deal cycle, leading negotiations, tenders, and contract signings with a determined focus on successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with a talented, creative international team, contributing market insights and strategic suggestions for assured growth and market leadership.

• Qualified with a bachelor’s degree (or above), preferably in Electrical Engineering, Energy, or International Trade.
• 3+ years of proven, successful sales experience in large-scale energy storage (BESS) or renewables.
• Winner’s network: existing, strong sales channels or client relationships in the German energy sector.
• Knowledgeable about German energy policies, market mechanisms, and project development.
• Fluent in English (and German a plus), inspired negotiator, skilled in cross-cultural communication, and motivated to travel.
