We’re now hiring a Regional Sales Manager, a high‑impact role responsible for acquiring new logos in the DACH region. This is a remote role within Germany or a hybrid role in Austria.

About

The Role

This role combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and executive‑level relationship management. You will develop and execute tailored account strategies that maximise customer value, deepen long‑term partnerships, and drive revenue growth across complex logistics organisations.

What Your Responsibilities Look Like
  • Apply proven, structured sales methodologies tailored to target companies and industries, ensuring success in closing lucrative SaaS deals.
  • Surpass sales targets by crafting and executing a dynamic, results‑driven sales strategy focused on capturing new clients.
  • Create a strong sales pipeline by prospecting, generating high‑quality leads, and qualifying them within the DACH region with support from our Marketing and Business Development teams.
  • Uncover and analyse customer business needs, transforming them into golden opportunities.
  • Conduct ROI exercises that demonstrate undeniable value and articulate our proposition at every stage of the sales cycle.
  • With the backing of our Pre‑Sales team, deliver product demonstrations, craft compelling proposals, and successfully close contracts.
What We Look For In You
  • Track record in B2B SaaS Enterprise Software sales.
  • Experience implementing structured value‑selling methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge of logistics/Supply Chain processes (if not familiar, we provide thorough onboarding).
  • Excellent networking and hunting skills; confident engaging with senior managers and C‑level executives.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment; adaptive and resilient.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑driven, and relentlessly focused on results.
  • Fluency in French (near‑native) and English.
