About the Role
The Account Executive, SMB role at Ninja One is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives among our SMB prospect accounts. This position dedicates their time to engaging with interested prospects, managing sales cycles to help potential customers evaluate our product, and closing revenue. This is a strategic role which will contribute significantly to the success of Ninja One. You will be responsible for closing new business and helping Ninja One move upstream to the mid-market/ enterprise space.

What You’ll be Doing- Qualify prospective accounts to build and maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospects to achieve and exceed annual sales goals
- Negotiate opportunity terms, discounts, and implementations with leadership approval for below-threshold discounts
- Analyzing and understanding the customer's needs and presenting a solution that fits the customer's requirements
- Gathering market information and insights to gain a clear understanding of the industry
- Manage sales cycles to help potential customers evaluate Ninja One' products and close new revenue
- Forecast opportunities in Salesforce to hit or exceed a monthly quota in a defined territory
- Represent Ninja One at trade events and attend client meetings for training and onboarding
- Other duties as needed
- 1-2 years of experience selling SaaS software solutions to B2B prospects
- Energetic and sales-driven self-starter who enjoys working in a quota-driven environment
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Career history of consistent success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Polished communication skills that are matched only by your active listening skills
- Engaging and technical, you can deliver a demo that is meaningful to business users and technical audiences
- Polished professional presence and business acumen
- Exceptional ability to build credibility with prospects and close new business
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
