Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, remote role for a Sales & Marketing Development Representative.
Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting inside sales, and building strong client relationships to meet business development goals. The candidate will be involved in identifying market opportunities, managing communication with potential customers, and creating sales strategies to achieve targets. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategic plans will be essential.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, Linked In, and events.
- Research target accounts, decision-makers, and industry trends to support consultative selling.
- Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales executives and consultants.
- Maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools (Hub Spot or equivalent).
- Collaborate with business development and delivery teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
- Work closely with marketing to execute campaigns, webinars, and events targeting global customers.
- Generate awareness and interest through digital channels, including email, social media, and industry forums.
- Draft messaging and outreach sequences to engage prospects in training, consulting, and AI-enabled software solutions
. - Track and analyze campaign effectiveness, ensuring marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) convert to sales opportunities.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in professional services, training, consulting, or software).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Exposure to manufacturing industries (ISO Standards, IATF 16949, VDA, Core Tools) is a strong plus.
