We are a fast-growing consumer electronics brand specializing in mobile charging and smart energy technologies, with a strong presence on global e-commerce platforms. As part of our next growth phase, we are expanding into mainstream offline B2C retail channels in Germany.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead (Germany) to lead market expansion, build a nationwide B2C channel system, and take full ownership of local sales performance and P&L.

• Lead sales strategy and market expansion in Germany, owning revenue growth and profitability.
• Build and manage a national distribution network across wholesalers, retailers, e-commerce platforms, and key accounts.
• Drive offline B2C channel entry, including bidding, negotiations, and contract signing.
• Manage key client relationships, channel incentives, retail execution, and in-store brand exposure to ensure strong sell-out performance.
• Develop and execute localized brand and marketing strategies in collaboration with global teams.
• Coordinate with product, supply chain, after-sales, and operations teams to ensure strong market execution.

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 7+ years of sales or GTM experience in 3C consumer electronics, mobile devices, or related FMCG sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the German market, with established distributor and retail channel resources, such as Saturn, Media Markt, Ceconomy.
• Proven track record of entering major offline retail channels.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Results-driven, resilient, and experienced in building businesses from the ground up.
• Team leadership experience.
