Sales Engineer DACH region

MAGBAT-Europe is a growing specialist in electro-permanent magnetic lifting and clamping systems for the metal industry.

To strengthen our international sales team, we are looking for a driven Sales Engineer for the DACH region
.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow sales in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with a focus on metal processing and heavy industry.
• Visit both existing customers and new prospects on a regular basis.
• Understand customer applications and translate them into technical magnetic solutions.
• Prepare and follow up quotations, together with our internal sales and engineering team.
• Represent MAGBAT-Europe at trade fairs, demos, and customer events.
• Report directly to management and build a long-term partnership with our key accounts.
• You will spend a significant part of your time travelling in the region.

Qualifications:

• Strong commercial mindset and enjoy closing deals.
• Technical background, preferably in mechanical engineering (or similar).
• Experience with electro-permanent magnet systems is a clear plus.
• Speak at least German.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Willing to travel frequently within the DACH region.
• Not tied to strict '9 to 5' office hours and ready to go the extra mile to achieve results.
• Hold a valid driving licence.
