Location: Germany
Senior Sales Specialist – Solar Components (Europe)
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet regional targets for solar components
- Identify and build relationships with new and existing clients across Europe
- Conduct market analysis and track competitor activity
- Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff and partners
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Attend industry events and trade shows
- Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and technical support
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- MUST be eligible to work in Germany (no visa sponsorship available)
- MUST have a valid driver's license recognized in Germany
- MUST be fluent in German and English
- 5+ years in solar or renewable energy sales
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM and sales reporting tools
- Willingness to travel within Europe
