Tweezr is expanding across the DACH region, and we’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to own full-cycle enterprise sales with banks, insurance companies, and large financial institutions in Germany
.
You’ll be responsible for opening new doors, managing high-stakes sales cycles, and building long-term relationships with major German financial organizations.
What You’ll Do- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Lead enterprise sales efforts into banks, insurers, and financial institutions
- Run structured, consultative discovery conversations with technical and business stakeholders
- Develop compelling proposals, commercial structures, and ROI cases
- Navigate complex and regulated enterprise buying processes
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and product teams on strategic opportunities
- Represent Tweezr at German industry events and onsite customer meetings
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting
- 5+ years of enterprise or B2B sales experience
- Proven history selling into German banks or insurance companies (must-have)
- Fluent in German and English (must-have)
- Strong experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
- Familiar with CRM tools and enterprise pipeline management
- Curious, resilient, and motivated by building meaningful relationships in the financial sector
- A high-impact role with autonomy and ownership
