Account Executive – IT Staffing | Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys the autonomy of business development, loves the hunt for new clients, and wants to contribute directly to a company’s growth story.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own business development efforts in the Toronto region — prospecting, pitching, and closing new clients.
• Stay on top of market trends and industry shifts to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Work hand-in-hand with a tenured Recruiting Partner to deliver results for your clients.
• Leverage your network and our reputation to build relationships with key decision-makers (including C-suite).
• Collaborate in daily stand-ups and a team-oriented environment, while working independently.

What You Bring

• 4–10 years of IT staffing sales experience (contract and consulting focus preferred).
• Proven track record of consistently landing and expanding key accounts.
• Consultative sales approach with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating with autonomy.
• Experience in a boutique or entrepreneurial firm is a plus.

Compensation:
Up to $110K on a base
