The ability to produce their family’s own power in crisis, and not have to rely on someone else, has created a demand that we have not seen before in the industry.

We can help the most experienced reps find a platform that lets them plug in and use their closing skills right away as well as positions designed for people with no prior solar experience or even sales experience that also offer a 6-figure income potential their 1st year, regardless of prior skill level.

A full, from the bottom up, training is provided, and continued training is available to all reps anytime.

• Confidently discuss options and close contracts.

• No experience necessary!
• A current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work. (Virtual options available)
• A cell phone (preferably a smartphone).
• Ability to pass a background check. No Drug screens.
• A customer-centric, friendly, and self-motivated attitude.
• Excellent communication skills both written and orally, with customers and office staff.
