Do you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and working with outdoor environments? We’re looking for a Commercial Landscape Account Manager to join our team in the Columbus, Ohio area.
In This Role, You Will- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts (HOAs, office parks, retail centers, etc.)
- Be the primary point of contact for clients and build strong, long-term relationships
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality, identify issues, and suggest enhancements
- Prepare proposals, renewals, and enhancement quotes
- Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure high client satisfaction
- 5+ years in commercial landscape maintenance, property management, or a similar client-facing role
- Experience in account management, customer service, or sales is a big plus
- Strong people skills – you genuinely enjoy working with clients
- Clear communication, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple accounts
- Based in or near Columbus, OH, with daily travel to client sites
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
